بوی خوش سبزی پلو
Today it was one of the few days(if it wasn't the only day!!!) that I made "polo" without anyone asked me to do so.
two days ago I made some yugert, I made one small "maste ghahve" for my self and three normal yugert for every body. my "maste ghahveh" as I expected ended up tp be a bit bitter, which was what I wanted. I don't know why some times i prefer bitter rather than sweet.
Today I didn't eat any thing so i was really hungry and I knew I needed some rice and real food.
After 45 mins of making the rice, when I had no idea how my rice was turn up to be, the house was filled with the amazing smell of rice, was so good. The smell of rice was even nostalgic and made our house a home again, cause we haven't cooked any thing for the last 2 weeks! I was so proud of my self. I felt so good knowing this is what i made! I can even say that the smell of rice to my empty stomach gave me the same satisfaction that i've got from knowing I accepted in the university!
p.s My tah-dig ended up to be great!

One of the great thing was knowing when every one else come home, i could koli fakhr befroosham ke bale man ghaza dorost kardam!

in madarbozorg jan ham ke ma nagofteh ke ghaza che joori bood pish farz ro gozasht be in hesab ke ghaza moshkel dasht va porsid berenjesh shefteh shodeh bood? va....
jalebie dige ine ke hata neveshtan raje be in post va fekr kardan raje be booy ghaza ham made me happy and proud :)
emrooz matne ye emailee ke baraye ashnayee neveshteh boodam ro baraye MN mekhoondam va megoft baba in emailet ro engar ye kasi ke phd falsafeh ya adabiat dare va ostade daneshgast enveshte.

No, it really was dar sathe kasi ke phd be bala dareh! truely, it made me want to start reading some difficult books in farsi again and try to mimic the words... hatta aghe mani hasho dorost motevajeh nasham! ya hatta baes shod bekham kalamateh english e jadid yaad begiram chon dobareh notice kardam kalamati ke adam be kar mibareh ya sabk e harf zadan CHegadr tasir dareh!
khoshalam ke khoshali va sabzi bolot ham khoob az aab dar oomad. jaye mano khali kon :)
hala khoda ro che didi, shayad ye ho davatemoon kardi azat didan konim dar daneshgah e jadid va ye sabzi polo ham bara ma dorost kardi???

ey val, meebinam ke shaazdeh khaanoom daare kam kam too ghazaa dorost karda oostaa meeshe. khoob yaad begir ke ghazaa dorost koni va ela lagad meezani be bakhte khodet. :o) taaze age gorbeh ro ham dam-e hejleh bokoshi taa deege majboor nabaashi ghazaa dorost koni oon vaght majboor meeshi hameeshe burgur bokhori.
